Hi! My name is Tarah Echiverri. 

Thank you for trusting me on your journey to be the FINEST version of yourself.  Please know, the safety and success of your procedures are my main priorities.  Please notice that your safety is first priority and secondary to any aesthetic success.  That said, I have been a fitness competitor and nurse for over 8 years and have experience in Medical-Surgical, Transplants, Orthopedic-Trauma, ER and Critical Care aka the ICU.  The bulk of my nursing career has been in the ICU which is a fast paced and coveted area in nursing where only the best nurses survive and thrive.  I am also a nationally qualified NPC Bikini Competitor placing first and second in numerous NPC Bikini fitness competitions.  I also hold a degree in Interior design and attended ASU for an Architecture degree before I was literally called to the Nursing profession when caring for a loved one who became ill.  As you might guess I hold a special place in my heart for the world of caring, creativity, art, fitness and aesthetics.  I love to imagine, create and construct just about anything to the FINEST version of themselves.  This translates well as it relates to injectables and aesthetics.  I believe it takes a person who is able to be creative and artistic as well as possess a critical and disciplined eye in order to adapt to each persons uniqueness and ultimately enhance individual beauty. 

 I have always loved caring for others and find comfort in knowing I can truly make a difference both physically and mentally, even if it's for one person at a time.  I consider myself to be a compassionate person with a love for knowledge and a drive to make a positive impact in every person I meet.  I strive for perfection but ultimately believe that progress and a true sense caring about my patients are what sets me apart.  In my practice, you will be treated like family and as a family member you will be loved and cared for with the best care that I can give.  All of my decisions are based on what I would do for my family and I am excited to pursue this part of nursing that I have loved and found passion in for so long. In closing, I'm married to my wonderful husband E.J who is a retired Police Watch Commander, hence our FINEST name.  Together we have three beautiful children.  Kyiana, Ever and Koa.
